Stroud's Texas Sheet Metal is a locally and family-owned metal fabrication shop serving Lubbock and the surrounding region with precision laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and custom fabrication services. We work with A36 mild steel, hardened steels, aluminum, and stainless steel to deliver high-quality parts for both businesses and individuals.
With over 100 years of history, 9 years under new ownership, and 43 years of combined hands-on experience, we specialize in custom profiles, prototypes, and production parts that aren’t available from big-box suppliers. What We Do
Laser Cutting: Our fiber laser cuts mild steel up to 1/2", stainless up to 1/4", and aluminum up to 1/8", on sheets up to 5' x 10'. Most laser jobs are ready in 2–3 days.
CNC Bending: A 175-ton press brake with a 12' bend length handles everything from small brackets to long panels.
Welding: MIG and TIG welding for mild steel and stainless, from structural assemblies to finish-grade work.
CNC Milling: Drilling, tapping, and machined features that finish out your sheet metal parts in one shop.
Metal Signs: Laser-cut business signs, logos and lettering in steel, stainless and aluminum, cut from your artwork.
